Fri, January 25, 2008 - 4:07 AMCome up with a liability waiver and a way they can benefit from you being there. Say like you will help then maintain the appearance of the curb part of their property. Find something they can agree too ontop of the Idea of someone role-playing in their yard

When I ran games I would make it worth the land owners while by cutting them a percentage of the profit and when my crew was done we would walk the field at the end of the day and clean up any chaos we created.

Sun, January 27, 2008 - 9:20 PMYeah money always gets the ball rolling for most landowners. However we lost a couple of fields because the owners got greedy and wanted to charge a grip more for the property. -
