Two Man Tactical Team Shootout - Three Stage Timed Shooting Competition


Time: 16:00hrs to 19:00hrs Saturday / Sunday, June 10 th / 11th

Cost: $12.00 for Shadow Tactical membership holders – Includes T-Shirt (while supplies last).
$35.00 per participant for non members.
$5.00 Rental Special for Gas Pistol or AEG Rifle

Prizes: First Place – Infinity Tactical Vest or Additional Month Membership to Shadow Tactical

Third Place – Infinity Tactical Hard Shell Holster

Requirements:

Each team will consist of two members - larger teams will be divided into two man fire teams.
Each team member will need a Gas Pistol and two magazines (clips) and a holster.
Each team must have one AEG (min) and two magazines (clips).

The First Evolution: Timed Pistol Static Target Shoot Relay

Each participant will run through a 10 target course, firing two shots at each target.
If additional rounds are fired at a target the lowest scoring shots will be counted and 10 seconds (per shot over) added to the combined team time.
There will be a forced magazine (clip) change.
For each 10-ring shot 10 seconds will be deducted from combined team time.
For each missed shot 10 seconds will be added to the combined team time.
Two scores will be posted: Physical Time and Adjusted Time.
Time will start on the Rangemaster’s go and will not stop until the second participant has returned to the start / finish line and secured their pistol in a holster.

The Second Evolution: Timed Rifle Static Target Shoot Relay

Each participant will run through a 10 target course, firing two shots at each target.
There will be multiple target stations, some at long distances.
Time will start on the Rangemaster’s go and will not stop until the second participant has returned to the start / finish line and secured their rifle, removed the magazine and fired three clearing shots.

The Third Evolution: Timed Team Multi-Platform Static Target Shoot

The participants will move through the course in a team (Stack) maintaining physical contact at all times.
The 10 target course will divided into 5 pistol / 5 rifle with a forced transition of the participants position.
One participant will use a rifle, the other a pistol
Breaking physical contact will cost the team 10 seconds per instance

Recommendations:

Look Carefully For Targets -
Not shooting at or missing a target will cost your team 20 seconds. Counting them will help

Speed and ACCURACY -
Spending a little extra “Physical” time for accurate shots will give you a great total on Adjusted Time.

Bring a Secondary Weapon -
An equipment failure could cost you greatly, backup equipment can save you.

Know Your Load-out -
Know your equipment placement. Fumbling for a magazine or not securing your weapon properly will cost you time.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road -
The course is laid out with yellow tape, follow carefully.
Standing exactly over the “X’s” will give you a prime shooting solution and all targets will be easily visible.
